A space to process

Your Space to Process

Fertility struggles can take over every part of your life. What starts as hope and planning can slowly turn into anxiety, disappointment, emotional exhaustion, and constant overthinking.

The grief, pressure, comparison, fear, and loss of control that often comes with trying to conceive deserves support too.

Our clinicians work with individuals and couples navigating infertility, IVF, pregnancy loss, family planning stress, and the emotional toll of prolonged uncertainty. This is a space where you do not have to force positivity or pretend you are okay when you are carrying so much internally.

IVF & fertility treatment

The cycle of appointments, hormones, and waiting can take over your sense of self. Therapy gives you a place to process what treatment is bringing up, separate from the logistics of it.

Pregnancy loss

Loss deserves space, whatever its form and however far along you were. Therapy helps you grieve in a way that honors what you experienced, on your own timeline.

Fertility anxiety

Constantly thinking about timelines, symptoms, and next steps is exhausting. Therapy helps you find moments of relief and rebuild a sense of control where you can.

Relationship stress

You and your partner may be moving through this differently. Therapy helps you understand each other's process and find ways to stay connected through the uncertainty.

Family planning uncertainty

Not knowing what comes next, or whether the plan you had will still happen, is its own kind of weight. Therapy helps you sit with that uncertainty without it consuming everything else.

Grief & comparison

Pregnancy announcements and family gatherings can feel painful in ways that are hard to explain to people outside this experience. Therapy is a place where that pain makes complete sense.

Who this is for

When should you get support for fertility struggles, and is therapy worth it?

You do not need to wait until you completely fall apart to ask for help. Most people enter therapy because they are tired of carrying the emotional weight of this experience alone.

You may find yourself constantly thinking about timelines, appointments, symptoms, or what happens if things do not work out. Some people feel consumed by the cycle of hope and disappointment. Others begin feeling disconnected from themselves, their relationships, or the life happening around them.

Therapy creates space to process these experiences honestly while helping you reconnect with yourself outside of the fertility journey.

Therapy session
How we work

How is our approach to fertility therapy different?

Therapy should feel supportive, grounding, and genuinely helpful during a season that can already feel emotionally consuming. We do not believe in surface-level reassurance or forcing positivity.

Fertility struggles can impact your identity, relationships, body image, confidence, and sense of control. Our work together makes space for the full emotional experience, not just the parts that feel easy to talk about.

No forced positivity
We hold space for grief and frustration alongside hope.
Whole-person care
Identity, body, relationships, and confidence all matter here.
Individuals & couples
We work with you alone or together, whatever fits this season.
Paced to you
Some sessions go deeper, others focus on coping tools. Both matter.
Why private pay?

Why we choose not to work with insurance

  • You don't need a mental health diagnosis to come to therapy.
  • Session notes stay between you and your therapist. Nothing is shared with a third party.
  • We decide together how often you come and for how long, based on what's helpful, not what an insurer approves.
  • Private pay lets us keep our caseloads smaller, which means more time, attention, and care for each client.

No. Many people come to therapy before, during, or after treatment, and some come to process a decision they're still considering. Wherever you are in the process, the emotional weight of it is worth supporting.

Yes. Therapy can't change the medical realities of infertility, but it can change how you carry the emotional weight of it. Many clients notice less anxiety, more capacity to cope with setbacks, and a stronger sense of self throughout the process.

Yes. We work with individuals and couples, and many people find it helpful to bring their partner into some or all sessions, especially when communication around the fertility journey has become difficult.

Those feelings are common and they make sense given what you're carrying. You don't need to hide them or feel guilty about them here. Part of the work is making space for the full range of what this experience brings up, not just the parts that feel acceptable to say out loud.

Therapy won't take away the uncertainty of fertility struggles, but it can make the experience feel less isolating and more manageable. Many clients say they feel more like themselves again, even while the journey continues. We offer a free consultation so you can see if it feels like the right support for you.
