What Happens in Session?

Our compassionately trained clinicians work with you one-on-one to talk through your stressors. We unpack the thoughts, behaviors and experiences that hinder your healthy psychological functioning.  

Our clinical approach combines psychodynamic psychotherapy, CBT and positive psychology to help you resolve disruptions from the inside out and the outside in.  This means we introduce tools to help you function better in the present, while reduce the cause of the symptoms.
